Ian has helped us re-do our deck and our basement all for very reasonable pricing and high quality work. He is helpful in choosing materials that are high quality and is open to suggestions on aesthetics, but also gives good advice if you're not sure what you want. We highly recommend him for any type of project.
UPDATE: he also just did our front steps and they look beautiful and are safe now. He's definitely helped bring up our property value. He has the pictures posted on the Houzz website, recommend you check them out. His coworkers are very professional and make sure to clean up everything when they are done.

Ian and his team redid our kitchen, painted the entire house, laid down new carpet, and fixed our roof. They did a fantastic job! Before starting Ian and Ian (yes, there are two Ian's) examined our house and ran through options. They made sure they described their entire process in detail before starting and presented us with options to tailor everything to our specifications.
We have two babies, and I expressed concern to Ian about having the house in a loud, disrupted state for what I assumed would be 3-4 weeks of work. Ian was very receptive to my concerns: his team finished the entire project in a little over a week! We love our new kitchen and we will definitely hire them again for future work."
